This renowned chef travelled worldwide to seek out perfect compositions of flavours in order to create this unique place. His experience gained in Poland, Japan and Singapore resulted in the menu comprising Mediterranean variations with the Far East flavour.

The menu changes with the seasons: according to the conscious food rule we need various ingredients depending on the time of year. The restaurant serves only fresh and seasonal products and each dish is characterized by its attention to details. Side dishes, salads, pastas, soups, meat, fish and wine –all these specialties are offered to the restaurant guests (depending on the time of day and their appetites).
