We are glad that you have visited our website and we kindly invite you to visit us in the real world. The City Park Hotel & Residence offers its guests as many as 88 spacious suites with bathrooms (baths and showers) and fully equipped kitchenettes. Each guestroom is provided with free broadband access.

The hotel facility comprises the family Cucina restaurant which serves Mediterranean cuisine, Whisky Bar 88 with one of the largest whisky collections in Poland and the Cigar Lounge wich offers cigars from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Honduras.

Moreover, we offer our Guests a wide range of ‘Wellness’ services: the swimming pool with its counter-current, Finnish and infrared saunas, Turkish baths, a jacuzzi with water cascade, an ice cave, sun beds and a cardio room. The hotel also includes the commercial centre and perfectly equipped conference rooms. An additional advantage of the City Park Hotel & Residence is the kids play area located within its premises.

RULES & REGULATIONS CITY PARK HOTEL & RESIDENCE

§1 SUBJECT MATTER

1. The Rules & Regulations (‘The Rules & Regulations’) provide the terms and conditions of our services and liability for Guests stay at City Park Hotel & Residence (‘the Hotel’), and form an integral part of
the agreement entered into by signing the registration card as well as by making a booking, making an advance payment of all or part of the price of the accommodation at the Hotel. Taking the actions
referred to in the previous sentence, you confirm having read and approved the rules and regulations.
2. The Rules & Regulations apply to all guests staying at the Hotel.
3. The Rules & Regulations are available at the Hotel reception desk and at the Hotel’s website: www.cityparkhotel.pl in the Hotel section -> General Information.
4. The Hotel is operated by PAN DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o. o. located in Poznań.

§2 CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

1. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days.
2. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.
3. In order to extend the stay, a Guest has to report such a will to the front desk as soon as possible but no later than 11:00 p.m. on the departure day. The Hotel is not obliged to comply with a Guest’s
request to extend one’s stay.
4. The Hotel has the right to refuse services or extend a Guest’s stay if the bill is not settled in advance.
5. A Guest should take all one’s belongings from the room by the check-out time. Failure to check out by 11:00 p.m. will result in an additional fee for extending a hotel day, the Hotel has the right to charge
100 PLN (one hundred złotys) per each hour started.

§3 BOOKING AND CHECK-IN

1. Rooms at the Hotel can be booked as follows: via the phone, via electronic forms of communication (e-mail, booking via online travel agency cooperating with the Hotel) or personally at the Hotel’s front
desk. For electronic bookings, the booking is considered as made once a Guest receives the confirmation of a reservation.
2. The Guest who rents the room is obliged to produce his/her identity document with a photo to the employee of the front desk to confirm his/her identity. If the Guest refuses to produce the identity
document in a manner permitting the check-in, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to give out the access card (key) to the room.

§4 ACCOMMODATION

1. The Hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
2. The Hotel may refuse to accept guests who have grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the Hotel’s or guests’ property or by inflicting damage on other guests,
hotel employees or other persons staying in the Hotel or in another way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the Hotel.
3. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card or collect a fee in the form of a cash deposit.
4. The Hotel accepts guests traveling with pets. An additional cost for an animal is 50 PLN per night. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurant, bar, spa & wellness zone, cloak rooms, gym and
reception hall is prohibited. Violation of the rule is subject to a fine of 500 PLN, Loss of hotel room card 50 PLN
5. Parking, 1 day for hotel guests = 70 PLN

§5 GUESTS LIABILITY

1. Children under the age of 13 can only stay at the Hotel under constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damages caused by the children.
2. A Guest is financially liable for any damaged or destroyed equipment or technical facilities or surroundings of the Hotel caused by oneself, one’s visitors, or one’s pet. The Hotel is authorized to charge
a Guest for any damages caused (verified during a Guest’s stay at the Hotel) by adding the repair costs to a Guest’s bill.
3. The Hotel may refuse to render services to Guests who have grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations. Such a person will be removed from the Hotel immediately, after paying for the services
already rendered, and paying for any damages caused.
4. The conduct of guests and persons using services of the Hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The Hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rules. The Hotel
has the right to take any measures necessary to ensure safety of the other guests and employees.
5. When renting the room, a Guest should always, for safety reasons: turn off the TV set, the light, turn off the water taps and close the door.

§6 THE HOTEL LIABILTY

1. The hotel’s liability for any loss or damage of items brought in by guests to the Hotel is regulated by provisions of articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Hotel’s liability shall be limited if such items are not
deposited at the reception.
2. A guest should immediately report any lost or damaged belongings brought in the Hotel to the front desk.
3. The Hotel is not liable for any damage and/or loss of a Guest’s car or any other vehicle, belongings or live animals left in it, whether a vehicle was parked at the Hotel’s car park or outside the Hotel area.

§7 LOST & FOUND

1. Personal belongings left by guests in the Hotel room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense.
2. The Hotel holds guest’s lost property (mentioned in point no. 1) for a period of 3 months, after which it disposed of as per standard Hotel Lost Property related practices. The Hotel keeps the Guest’s lost
property on “All Care but No Responsibility’ principle. The Hotel therefore does not cover any costs associated with any damages or missing property after departure.

§8 LIGHTS-OUT PERIOD

1. The lights-out period starts at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 06:00 a.m. of the following day.

§9 COMPLAINTS

1. The Hotel renders services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the front desk as soon as possible, thus
allowing for the Hotel’s immediate reaction or via email address to kontakt@cityparkhotel.pl
2. Complaints submitted one week after departure will not be considered.

§10 PESONAL INFORMATION

1. A Guest hereby consents to keep and process one’s personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000 as amended) and the Regulation
of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) from 10th of April 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and
repealing Directive 95/46/WE.
2. Please be advised also that:
a. The administrator of guests personal data is PAN DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o. o. with the registered office at Ułańska street 5, 60-748 Poznań;
b. The data administrator can be contacted at the address given above;
c. Processing guests personal data is subject to their consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) or the administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) consisting specifically in conducting marketing activities
concerning the Hotel’s goods or services;
d. Guests have the right to access their personal data, and the right to have them corrected, deleted, or their processing restricted, the right to transfer the personal data and to object to their processing;
e. Guests have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if they find personal data processing to be in violation with the obligatory legal regulations;
f. Although it is not obligatory to provide guests personal data, it is a requisite for rendering any services;
g. Personal data, mentioned above, might be provided to third parties only when the Hotel is either authorized or obliged by law.
